本產品是輕(qing)型高(gao)壓(ya)試驗(yan)交流試驗(yan)設(she)備(bei),具有體積小、重量輕(qing)、操作維(wei)修方便等特點。
主要用(yong)于10KV及以下電力系統(tong)的:
1.電氣設備的工頻耐壓試(shi)驗;
2.帶(dai)間(jian)隙(xi)過電(dian)壓保護器的工(gong)頻(pin)放

適配(pei)高壓試驗變壓器參數:
a.高壓(ya)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器輸出/輸入電壓(ya):50KV/200V;儀表(biao)電壓(ya):100V
b.試驗變壓器容量:3KVA
三、試驗步驟及注意事項
1.按圖1中的面(mian)板(ban)圖,將(jiang)測試(shi)(shi)(shi)箱(xiang)的儀表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)“1"、“2"接線(xian)柱及(ji)輸出端“3"、“5" 接線(xian)柱和試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓器的儀表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)及(ji)輸入端用(yong)隨產品導線(xian)連接;將(jiang)配備萬用(yong)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)的檔位置電流(liu)10A檔并將(jiang)萬用(yong)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)筆連接至“4"、“5"接線(xian)柱上(shang)(注意!萬用(yong)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)筆不(bu)要插(cha)錯,否則會燒毀(hui)萬用(yong)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao));同時將(jiang)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓器和測試(shi)(shi)(shi)箱(xiang)“6"可(ke)靠接地(di)。
如做工頻耐壓(ya)時(shi)不需萬用表,可將試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器輸入端(duan)直接插人“3"、“4"接線(xian)柱端(duan)即可。
2.試(shi)驗前將面板Rw旋鈕旋至zui小位置,空載至額(e)定電壓值,如(ru)空載升壓過程中繼(ji)電器跳閘,按順時(shi)針調節Rw,直到可(ke)以(yi)空載至額(e)定值。
3. 高(gao)壓輸出連接(jie)到所要(yao)試驗(yan)的設備上(shang),試驗(yan)前將調壓器手柄(bing)旋到零位(wei),.將調壓器回零-合開關-合合閘按鈕(niu),緩慢升壓。
a.做耐壓(ya)(ya)試驗時(shi)將電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)緩慢升至設定的(de)值,電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)表顯示讀數為高壓(ya)(ya)側輸(shu)出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),zui小分辯率100V。電(dian)流表顯示值為試驗變的(de)輸(shu)入(ru)端(duan)電(dian)流。如需加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)計時(shi)請(qing)預先設定好時(shi)間(jian),計時(shi)時(shi)按下計時(shi)按鈕即可(ke),計時(shi)時(shi)間(jian)到時(shi)會(hui)發(fa)出蜂鳴聲。
b.做帶(dai)(dai)間隙過電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓保護(hu)器(qi)的(de)工(gong)(gong)頻(pin)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)值(zhi)(zhi)試(shi)驗,在(zai)升壓過程(cheng)中要(yao)同時(shi)觀(guan)察隨數字萬用(yong)表(biao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓表(biao)的(de)讀(du)數,當發現(xian)數字萬用(yong)表(biao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流表(biao)數值(zhi)(zhi)有突變(bian)時(shi),應立即將(jiang)調壓器(qi)回(hui)調至零位(wei),并記(ji)錄突變(bian)時(shi)的(de)高壓輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓值(zhi)(zhi),該(gai)值(zhi)(zhi)即帶(dai)(dai)間隙過電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓保護(hu)器(qi)的(de)工(gong)(gong)頻(pin)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)值(zhi)(zhi)。注意!帶(dai)(dai)間隙過電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓保護(hu)器(qi)工(gong)(gong)頻(pin)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi),繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)不(bu)(bu)一定能(neng)(neng)動作切除電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源,因此不(bu)(bu)能(neng)(neng)*以繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)是(shi)否(fou)跳閘來判定是(shi)否(fou)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。
4.試(shi)驗完畢將電源關閉,同時將數(shu)字(zi)萬(wan)用表置“OFF"位置。
