發電機定子端部絕緣測試儀,是利用表面電位法(又稱電位外移法)檢測發電機定子線棒絕緣缺陷的絕緣測試方法。通過檢測定子端部手包絕緣的密實性及相對絕緣強度。它可以彌補發電機定子繞組交、直流耐壓試驗所發現不了的端部絕緣缺陷的不足。可以發現引線包絕緣不良,線圈鼻端絕緣包扎缺陷,絕緣盒填充泥填充不滿,綁扎滌玻繩固化不良及端部接頭處定子空心銅線焊接質量不良造成的滲透等缺陷。發電機定子線圈端部表面電位測量是一項新的試驗項目,線圈端部起到了監督作用,進一步提高了發電機安全運行的可靠性。

試驗方法:
1 試驗(yan)標準發電機定子線圈端部絕緣判斷標準,是加2 倍(bei)的額定電壓(ya),漏泄電流不(bu)大于1微安
2 試(shi)驗儀(yi)器(qi)直(zhi)流(liu)高壓(ya)發(fa)生(sheng)裝置(zhi)
3 測試原理將直流電壓加在定子線棒正常時由于線棒絕緣的體積電阻Ρρ 遠遠大于表面電阻ρσ , 對地電壓很低, 若某一線棒絕緣存在缺陷,它
的電壓(ya)分(fen)布(bu)將(jiang)發(fa)生明顯的變化,絕緣存在(zai)缺陷時(shi), Ρρ 減小(xiao),絕緣壓(ya)降也(ye)降低,致使缺陷部位對地電壓(ya)增高。
4 測試方法將繞組三相引出線用導線短路連接,直流高壓發生器加2倍電壓
,用(yong)發(fa)電機(ji)電位外(wai)移(yi)試驗儀(yi)測試電壓和電流

6.尾棒的(de)地線一(yi)定(ding)與高壓發生裝(zhuang)置的(de)地線接在一(yi)起。
注意事項:
1、錫箔(bo)紙纏(chan)包(bao)端部時(shi),一定要(yao)包(bao)裹緊密(mi),否則錫箔(bo)紙和絕緣表(biao)面(mian)會構成(cheng)電(dian)容(rong),測量桿接觸(chu)時(shi)會有較大的放電(dian)電(dian)流(liu),造成(cheng)誤判(pan)斷。
2、端部包(bao)裹時(shi)分為線棒側和(he)引水(shui)管側,間(jian)隔大于(yu)3厘米,電位高時(shi)便于(yu)查找是哪一側的問題,其實zui主要(yao)的點是根部和(he)錐(zhui)部,中間(jian)部位測量(liang)意義(yi)不大。
3、測量(liang)桿串接的微(wei)安(an)表(biao)用數字式微(wei)安(an)表(biao),即便(bian)于讀數又可(ke)電流大時保護表(biao)記。
4、端(duan)部接(jie)頭因(yin)為(wei)在在機殼下部,不易(yi)測量,提前用引(yin)(yin)線(xian)引(yin)(yin)出。
5、zui重要的是記正確異常槽(cao)號,避免張(zhang)冠李戴(dai),切記切記!
6、發(fa)電機不通水的情況下進行試驗,要求先將定子冷(leng)卻(que)水*吹凈。
